According to the legal Conditions, Aqualand S.A., Parque Acuático Mijas (from now on “Aquatic Park”) puts at customers ´ disposal (from now on “users”), a free service whose main objective is to share the photographs obtained at aquatic park with other users of the website (aquamijas.com).

Any user who wants to share some photographs on our Website, must e mail the photos to the following adress marketing@aquamijas.com in order that we can upload them. The photographs will be able to be seen by all users who visit our Website www. aquamijas.com.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms established by law, send a written request to the Aquatic Park with your address Autovía A7 Km209 – 29651 Mijas Costa – Málaga – España or email marketing@aquamijas.com, indicating the subject “Remove my picture” and attaching a copy of the document confirming your identity.

The user who sends a photograph to be uploaded declares:

1. That the photograph (both in its form and its content) is original and not a copy of any other.
2. That it does not infringe or violate any law (in this sense is not defamatory and does not infringe any personal rights or other legally protected characteristics).
3. That the user owns the rights to use the photograph, and in this regard, assures the ownership of the same and its peaceful use to the aquatic park.

If you think some of the photographs published do not respect any of these rules, please use the on-screen tool “Reportar Abuso” which will appears once the photograph is displayed.

The Aquatic Park will not assume any responsibility for the content of the photographs, in that neither the origin nor the production of the same belongs to the Aquatic Park. The user will be solely responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect that is caused to the Aquatic Park or to anyone else due to any inappropriate use of shared photographs.

The Aquatic Park has the right to use the photographs given by the user in order to illustrate the Website for the following purposes: promotions, advertising, news, etc. At the same time, the Aquatic Park reserves the right to modify the material sent by the users. In this connection, the material may be edited and / or post-produced and may be used for any purpose, not only technically but also for use in the media.

The Aquatic Park reserves the right not to upload photographs and also to delete or remove any image sent by the user without prior notice due to the breach of any of the conditions previously mentioned or because it considers that the image is not adequate for the purpose of the service.

In cases where a child below the age of majority appears in the photograph, the Aquatic Park will contact the parent or guardian by e mail, post or any other means in order to confirm parental responsibility in relation to the child and that they authorise us to publish the photograph.

The use of this service implies the acceptance of all and each of the terms and conditions of use.

The Aquatic Park reserves the right to modify these conditions and we recommend that you consult our conditions every time you use the service in order to be aware of any changes.

The use of the service, including access by users is free and implies the acceptance of the general conditions of this website and the Spanish legislation applicable to the matter.

Any controversy or dispute which may arise out of the use of the service will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law. The parties to this agreement irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and tribunals of Fuengirola to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of the contract terms.
